5. Shipping & Delivery

• Cloud Kulture offers free shipping on all orders above $100.00. Orders below $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $8 for shipping within the United States.
• All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please review our Refund Policy for details on eligible returns and exchanges. We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the error is ours.
